What are your shipping options within the US?

We ship to all states in the US. You can choose Economy Shipping (typically 5-8 business days) or Standard Shipping (typically 3-4 business days). Economy shipping is complimentary on orders over $99 (pre-tax); otherwise, rates vary based on order value. Standard shipping has an additional charge. You'll see final estimates and costs at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Mellow only ships orders to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
